Eylar's custom foam inserts for gun cases are precut at the factory to specific firearm and magazine layouts — drop them into the matching Eylar hard case and you're range-ready out of the box. Available in 13", 16", 20", and longer rifle-case sizes with cradles for 3-, 4-, 5-, 6-, or 8-gun configurations plus magazine and accessory pockets.
Pluck-and-Pull Foam — DIY Custom Cuts
The standard 3-layer foam set in every Eylar hard case is pluck-and-pull foam: a cubed top layer you press out to shape an exact pocket for your firearm, a solid bottom pad for impact absorption, and an egg-crate top pad for vibration damping. Press out the cubes you don't need to fit your specific gun, optic, magazine, and accessories.
Ragar XP — Reconfigurable, Reusable Foam
Standard pluck foam compresses permanently after a few firearms cycle through it. Ragar XP crosslinked foam returns to shape every time, so the same insert reshapes for a hunting rifle today, an AR-10 tomorrow, a precision long gun next month — without buying replacement foam.
