Where are the cases made?

 

Cases are made overseas and shipped out through our warehouse in California.

 

Can I order more foam for my rifle case?

 

Right now we are sold out. We hope to get more in stock in the next month or so.

Can I use super glue to keep the foam in place?

 

No, that will dissolve the foam. We recommend using Gorilla Glue, double sided adhesive tape or wood glue.

What are the cases made of?

 

Polypropylene (harder and more resistant to heat and slightly harder).

Are the cases waterproof?

 

Cases are water resistant up to 1 meter.

Are the cases fireproof?

 

Cases have a heat resistance up to 140°.

What is your return policy?

 

Full refund if returned in 30 days in perfect condition.   

Is there a warranty on the cases?

 

We have a limited lifetime warranty: against manufacturer defects, not normal wear and tear.

Do all rifle cases come with wheels? Are the wheels removable?

 

Yes, they all come with wheels and you can hammer them off, but it would be difficult to put them back on.

Do you ship outside the United States?

 

No, right now we do not.

Do you make custom foam?

 

No, we do not. The foam that is on the listing is the foam provided.

Can you make a custom case?

 

We do not make custom whole cases. The only customization is the custom logo engraving plate.
