Free Shipping

Eylar.com offers free shipping for carriers depending on product and ship-to location. Free shipping Items will be shipped by one of the following:

  • UPS Ground
  • 3PL Shipping (Amazon FBA)
  • USPS Priority Mail
  • U.S.A ONLY additional shipping charge calculated in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and Virgin Islands

Shipping Policy

Customers are required to inspect the package upon delivery to ensure there is no damage to the product. If the item is damage upon delivery please refuse delivery and contact us at support@eylar.com 

 
Order Shipment Times

Orders placed before 9 a.m. PST Monday-Friday will ship out the same day. Orders placed after 9 a.m. will ship out the next business day.

 
Estimated Delivery Dates

This is an estimation of the delivery date calculated by adding standard ground service for a select shipping carrier, time it takes to process / pack the order and time it takes to secure a payment transaction. Shipments may also be delayed due to the following:

  • Payment verification 
  • Weather
  • Address verification
  • Stock availability
  • Peak holiday season
  • Seasonal high demand
  • Online technical issues
  • COVID-19 restrictions.

We process orders Monday-Friday at 9 a.m. and strive to ship your order for a timely delivery but do not guarantee a delivery date. First day, Holidays and Weekends are not considered transit days for shipping.

  • Memorial Day (May 31)
  • Independence Day (July 4)
  • Labor Day (Sept. 6)
  • Thanksgiving (Nov. 25-26)
  • Christmas (Dec. 24-25)
  • New Year’s Day (Jan. 1)

Elyar does not guarantee delivery dates, but does its best to estimate and supply tracking numbers.

 

Expedited Shipping

Expedited shipping cost is calculated and varies by item and location. Expedited orders placed before 9 a.m PST Monday-Friday will ship out the same day. Orders placed after 9 a.m. will ship out the next business day.

 
Shipment Tracking

Tracking numbers are updated daily Monday-Friday by 5 p.m. PST.

 

Delivery Addresses & P.O. Boxes

Free Shipping is offered within the 48 contiguous United States. Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, the U.S. Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico or Guam will sustain additional shipping charges.

Delivery to rural or P.O. Boxes may be cancelled or incur additional charges.

Please note we are unable to modify the address once the item has been shipped. Once an item has been shipped, Eylar cannot cancel or change the address of the shipment. It is the customers responsibility to file an issues claim with UPS, USPS or other carriers. 

 

APO/FPO/DPO Addresses

All APO/FPO/DPO orders are insured via the US Postal Service (USPS) Priority Mail. Government regulations do not permit delivery services such as UPS / FedEx to deliver to APO/FPO/DPO addresses outside the U.S.

Orders shipping to APO/FPO addresses do not qualify for Free Shipping.

 

Back Orders

Back order items can be cancelled before the item is shipped. Once the item is back in stock, the package will ship out in 2 business days.
