Hard Shotgun Cases from 38" to 57"
Eylar® hard shotgun cases cover the longest cases in our gun case line, from 35.8" to 54.6" interior length. Each one has an IP67 waterproof, dustproof and shockproof shell, TSA-approved lockable fittings, a pressure equalization valve and customizable pluck-and-pull foam you cut to your shotgun, choke tubes and shells.
Shotgun Case Interior Lengths
Shotgun overall length changes with barrel length, stock and model, so measure yours first and compare it to the interior length below. Interior length is the usable space before you cut the foam.
Flying and Travelling with a Shotgun
Every case here is TSA-approved with lockable fittings, so it can be locked for checked airline travel and used in a truck bed, a roof rack or the trunk. The shell is rated IP67 and the pressure equalization valve keeps the lid from locking up during altitude changes.

What size case do I need for a shotgun?
Measure the overall length of your shotgun, including the barrel and stock, and choose a case whose interior length is longer. The 38"–48" cases suit compact, takedown and short-barrel shotguns; full-length barrels usually need a 53", 54" or 57" case.
Can I fly with these shotgun cases?
Yes. They are TSA-approved with lockable fittings. Check the airline's current firearm rules before you travel.
Is the foam customizable?
Yes. The pluck-and-pull foam is customizable, so you can cut a cavity for your shotgun and accessories.
