We only accept high-resolution images in solid colors for better results. Once design is approved, engraving will ordinarily take 1 - 2 days.

First, their cases are great and very economical for their quality. I've ordered 3 so far and they will all outlast my lifetime.
Their option for a custom decal for just a little more is unique and well worth it. I thought it was going to be a sticker but it's actually metallic film with your own logo laser engraved (black foreground with silver logo etched through), very beautiful and quality work.
The 3 cases were all in perfect condition upon arrival, the dimensions and descriptions were spot on and the shipping time was fast and as promised (except for one case - which was not their fault - but the way they treated me and their effort to resolve it were WORLD CLASS!)
