Ragar 46" Reusable Foam Insert
The Ragar 46" foam insert is the standalone XP crosslinked foam layer used in Eylar's Ragar-equipped rifle and gear cases. Buy it on its own to upgrade an existing case, replace worn pluck foam, or add a second reconfigurable layer for multi-firearm storage.
XP Crosslinked Foam — Reusable, Reconfigurable
Standard pluck foam compresses permanently after a few uses. Ragar XP crosslinked foam returns to shape, so the same insert reshapes for a hunting rifle today, an AR-10 tomorrow, a precision long gun next month — without buying replacement foam.
Red/Black Two-Tone for High-Visibility Placement
The two-tone color makes it easier to spot a missing component when packing out at the range. Pluck a cradle and the contrasting layer shows you exactly what's missing.
Drop-In Replacement
Sized to fit the matching Eylar hard case (case sold separately). Slides in over a solid pad layer or replaces a compressed pluck foam top layer entirely.
